Real people with insane or just plain gross acts, but with an interesting twist! This character-driven competition reality show features five pairs of real friends per episode. Only one of the bizarre buddies actually has a unique act, but the other buddy must suffer a humiliating consequence if their Talent buddy backs out.

No fancy, elaborate sets. Think Impractical Jokers meets America's Got Talent. For each pair, either the Talent or the Consequence will perform in front of a LIVE hometown audience with three real Hollywood Talent Agents as the judges to determine the winner of "Most Bizarre" act in their city!
