Gregory Payne, graduated from Dartmouth College and Stanford Law School. Payne spent 10 years in corporate law on Wall Street and for more than 20 years, he has specialized in Entertainment Law. His experience spans from negotiating production and talent agreements to labor relations, corporate and real estate matters. Prior to forming Foothill, he served as Executive Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs of DIC Entertainment.

Jo Kavanagh-Payne, former Link Television Entertainment, Inc.'s Senior Vice President of U.S. operations, spent 16 years in the international distribution business based in London. In 1995, Kavanagh-Payne moved to Los Angeles to establish and supervise the US office for London based Link Entertainment. Her experience extends from all facets of television distribution to strategic planning for children's and family television programming.

Director
Stephane Lieser, who has joined the Foothill Board of Directors as European liaison and expert on co-productions, is an international transactional and litigation attorney based in Paris. Lieser earned degrees from New York University Law School and the University of Paris II Law School. After stints in Paris with Clifford Turner and Coudert Brothers, he joined the Motion Picture Association of America in New York as Copyright Counsel. In 1991, he re-joined Coudert Brothers in New York and Paris. In 2004, Lieser formed La Boétie law firm where he is heading the Media/IP department with a strong focus on international entertainment matters.

Executive Vice President of Sales
Patricia Ryan,
who has joined Foothill in Fall 2005, was most recently President of International Sales at independent animation giant, DIC Entertainment, Inc. Her responsibilities there included all broadcast and video sales, acquisition of product and co-productions.  Pat began her career at Filmation Associates (a division of GroupW/Westinghouse Broadcasting) where she spent 14 years and was Vice President of International Sales & Administration. She brings considerable skills and experience to Foothill where she has significantly expanded the Company's in-house programming sales and marketing expertise.

Jill Monthei,
is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Sociology. Over the past three years she has studied art and interior design at Santa Barbara City College. Jill handles all marketing and publicity support. Since joining the Company, she has demonstrated strong creative skills, and administrative abilities, both of which are a value to the entire management team.

Marketing and Contract Coordinator
Natalie Wagner,
is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with bachelor's degrees in Business Economics and Cultural Anthropology. As Marketing and Contract Coordinator for the Company, she is tasked with organizing and executing all of Foothill's press and public relations, preparing Foothill for any upcoming markets and carrying out sales contracts. With her versatile working capabilities and excellent organizational skills, she is a great addition to the Foothill team.

Executive Assistant
Elizabeth Stephens,
is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor's degree in Women Studies. Over the past four years, she also has had many creative opportunities working with children. As Executive Assistant, Elizabeth maintains the organization of the office and is in charge of both the database and corporate schedules. With experience working with children and of living abroad in Brazil, Elizabeth comes to Foothill with distinctive insight into children's entertainment and the international market.
